Neck Pain

Neck pain is often accompanied by fatigue, stiffness or immobility whether that’s trying to look over your shoulder, bending forwards to look at something, looking up or just holding the neck static whilst working. It can cause headaches which radiate from the neck and may be sensitive or tender to the touch.
Neck pain can spread from tightness in the back or shoulders, be caused from a recent injury or an accident involving whiplash. Indeed it was having a whiplash injury treated with the Bowen Technique and being so amazed at the results that I decided to learn this unique technique myself. Often poor posture and badly designed work stations and domestic furniture can be the culprit where neck pain is involved.
It is well documented that the Bowen Technique is extremely effective in treating all sorts of neck and shoulder problems, not only in relieving pain but also enabling a greater degree of movement. With Better With Bowen we can help put you on a path of optimum pain-free movement.
